You can count on plenty of ATMs in the event site. We encourage individual vendors to accept credit cards, but we can’t guarantee it.
Working within the parameters of Sawyer Point and Yeatman’s Cove parks, we make every effort to make Bunbury accessible. We invite guests with special needs to email our partners at The Center for Independent Living Options (CILO) early for advice and support.
Before you come, be sure to read our friendly Advice.
We don't allow boats to tie off. Please note that entry is only at the main gate.
See Travel & Stay for advice on camping in the area.
See About Us for future Bunbury Music Festival dates.
Festival gates open at 1pm on Friday, noon on Saturday and at 1pm on Sunday.
See our Travel & Stay page for links to hotel listings.
Near the entrance gate, volunteers will be ready to answer your questions about Bunbury and Greater Cincinnati. We want you to enjoy your time at the park and in Cincinnati!
Secure lockers are available for rent within the event site. Rent your locker online early before they sell out. Online rental is easy. You receive an email 24 hours before the fest with your locker location, number and lock combination. You will have unlimited access to your locker.
Parking at The Banks may be crowded. Suggested parking is along Eggelston and as far north as the Casino. You can also reserve your parking now by clicking here!
We will only allow re-entry for three day ticket holders. As long as you are wearing a valid wristband for those three days, you can exit and re-enter the event site. Wristbands that have been damaged or tampered with will not be accepted.
Safety is our number one priority. We have public safety and medical teams on hand. We will allow only a certain amount of tomfoolery. If there’s a chance someone may get an eye poked out, we’ll put an end to it…and we may even call your mom.
Individuals with disabilities shall be permitted to be accompanied by their service animals in all accessible areas of Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove parks. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the individual’s disability.
Tree Climbing is Prohibited
Tree climbing will not be permitted. This is not good for the health of the trees and violators will be arrested.
Kids 6 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a ticketed adult. There is no limit to the number of kids per adult, however, free admissions are at the discretion of gate management, so please use your good judgment. Please note that only those wearing a VIP wristband can be in the VIP area. If you want your child to join you in VIP, you must purchase a VIP ticket for him or her. Kids 6 and under who enter the event site for free will not have access to the VIP area.
Name on Ticket
The name on the ticket simply reflects the name under which the ticket was reserved. Bunbury reserves the right to ask for identification in relation to tickets, but this should only be necessary if there is a discrepancy with the tickets and we need to clear up any suspected fraudulent activity. Please note that WHEN YOU BUY A MULTI-DAY TICKET, one wristband is issued for the weekend and cannot be used by another person.
Yes, there are ticket fees. We keep our ticket prices relatively low so the festival is still a great deal even with the fees. You have the option of buying your ticket at the gate, but there will still be ticket fees...and a line. So save time and buy your tickets online in advance.
Refunds or Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are not allowed after a ticket is purchased.
Tickets Are Transferable, Wristbands Are Not
Once you enter the event, your ticket will be taken and a wristband will be placed on your wrist. Although tickets are transferable, wristbands are not. WHEN YOU BUY A MULTI-DAY TICKET, one wristband is issued for the weekend and cannot be used by another person. So, for example, you cannot buy a three-day wristband and give it to another person to wear on a different day.
Error Message: "We were unable to process your request."
This error message is common to Mac users due to security settings. If you are having this problem - or any technical issue purchasing a ticket - please click here to troubleshoot. If you are still having problems, please email us so we can escalate.
Ticket Donation Requests
To Bunbury, or to go bunburying, is to have a made-up excuse to get out of doing something boring. Every Bunbury weekend in July, we give you a great excuse to get out of whatever you don’t want to do.
What’s Up with the Bee?
Honestly, no idea. He asked if he could be the mascot so we figured why not.
